Hiring, and the week given back.

People Success Partner. I look after recruitment and HR operations for about 80 people. 35+ roles closed in six months, interns and laterals: SDE, AI engineer, solutions engineer, UAV systems engineer, product designer, motion graphics, marketing, creatives, customer success, admin, and the founder's office. Time-to-hire went from 20–30 days to 7. The ATS was built from scratch, with a campus hiring page and a chatbot: upload a CV, and it helps the person apply to the role that fits.

POSH was not in place. Nothing was documented, and there was no committee. I started from that blank page. I also proposed an Entrepreneur in Residence programme, to bring more people in, and built the pages for it. Talent radar is still in build.
