FlytBase · the things that now run

Pre-boarding used to take four days, an hour for each step. I gamified it and simplified the flow until it runs end to end. I also built an internal equivalent of DocHub and DocuSign. The company still signs every document there.

Teemlie is an AI talent platform. My part was the product ideation and the system design. A developer on the team built it. Around those, the weekly work: timesheet audits, leave audits, offer letters, a guide page for new joiners, a chatbot for HRMS questions, the newsletter moved from plain email onto SharePoint pages, and a birthday bot on Teams. About eight hours a week came back.
