They were building a CRM, starting with a WhatsApp chatbot. I was one of eight, and I hired two of them. The others were already there. I looked after hiring, wrote the policies, and tightened the processes. I also owned delivery of the app for MPSC and UPSC preparation.

Around that I edited the videos, designed the graphics and YouTube thumbnails, and posted them. One edit crossed 10,000 views. It was the first time I had edited. I sat on the client calls too, walking teams through the WhatsApp CRM and why they would need it.
